The staff is welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well-stocked. Breakfast was fresh and had excellent choices. Lots of restaurant choices within walking distance. Would 100% stay here again!

The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway without the traffic noises. The staff are professional and friendly and take care of the needs of the guests. The rooms are super spacious and the kitchen has all essential pots, pans, cutlery and appliances for a long stay. The gym has basic equipment but has enough space for it not to be overcrowded. The complimentary breakfast at the lounge is great. They offer an everyday special and also make eggs to order. The lady staff in the kitchen was really amazing in making the breakfast perfect. Overall a great experience in this hotel.

I want to start off by saying that I rarely review hotels. Either the service is good, but I expect it from a Marriott or the hotel has an issue but I don’t want to damage a reputation based on one bad experience. This hotel, however, deserves a review. I arrived after a long day of moving across the country and was met by Michael at the front desk. He was welcoming and happy to answer my questions. Once I arrived to my room, I noticed a small housekeeping issue that I felt the hotel should be aware. It was not even large enough that I couldn’t live with it for the one night I was staying. Michael insisted on moving our room, apologized profusely and is the reason this hotel is getting a 5 Star review from me. I spend hundreds of nights a year in hotels and this may be the best customer service I’ve seen. The remedy was swift and without question. I will absolutely stay here again whenever I’m in Knoxville. Thank you Michael for making this stay great!

As someone who appreciates a healthy lifestyle, this hotel is a refreshing take on the typical select-service hotel experience. It’s minimalistic, and from my experience, clean and well cared for. There are some minor inconsistencies with housekeeping that could probably be shored up, however overall this has to be one of my favorite short stay hotels I’ve been to. One small notable difference is their version of breakfast. This morning was a sweet potato and kale hash with a fried egg. It’s small, but intentional, and much healthier than the microwaved sausage and egg sandwich in a plastic bag that you get at other hotels in this category. Another difference is a water bottle refill station in the rooms. Who does that? I’m a huge fan.

We only stayed for one night so I can’t speak to the room upkeep. Overall the room was very nice. The bed was a little firm but that’s my preference. One improvement could be the shower, there isn’t a place to set your products except on the floor. My husband has dermatology issues and has to use his own products. There was road noise, but I sleep with ear plugs so it didn’t bother me. The breakfast options looked amazing and they even offered espresso. Michael was great at check-in and check out.

Tyler at the front desk is great, very accommodating and knows how to be a good host to guests. Room was clean with a few minor gripes. They have the right idea here and I would recommend my coworkers stay here. Price was a little higher than it should've been, I stay at elements often and this one could take a few notes from the one in Chattanooga. Overall, very decent experience for a business trip.

Very friendly service at reception and at happy hour and breakfast. The rooms are nice and clean and the beds are very soft.

Very conveniently located, and the staff is extremely helpful. They have a nice happy hour most evenings, in the rooms are well apportioned. The only issue, is that the walls are quite thin, especially if you have a connecting door. We were sadly next to a person who had no indoor voice, and decided to speak loudly on speakerphone until long after midnight. A call to the front desk did get him to quiet down for a little while, but things just resumed the following night and the night after. He wasn't quite being abusive enough to call 911, but his loud, crude, and obscene conversations did make sleep impossible.
